Jamie was incredibly helpful from start to finish - he had great communication skills and always got back to me ASAP, which made the process so easy and stress-free. Jamie and his team is a must recommend. They have been great working with throughout the whole process from advising the best floorboard type (showing several samples with pros and cons) through to installation and clean up. The end result is amazing. Very happy and definitely will work with them again in the future 😊.

Jamie is super professional. He offered to come out and show us samples of hybrid flooring. He was on time and had lots of samples. Better doing this at home as we were able to bring them inside etc. Highly recommended!

This review has been long overdue for Carpet Connect! I've found this company through facebook advertisement and sent through enquiry and got a quick response from Jamie! Jamie has absolutely great customer service, was very prompt in responding to emails even after hours! We were able to book in consultation, view and select the product within a week! We changed our bedrooms including stairs flooring from carpet to the Hybrid XL Berlin. Had a little bit of bumps during installation but it was a very busy season! We are so in love with our new floor, love the color and the quality of the product! We got our floors installed end of January this year and loving our floor to this date, 7 months later no issues with the quality! Definitely worth the investment to good floors! Overall, we are very satisfied and happy that we chose Carpet Connect over the others. I would definitely recommend this company to our friends!!

Very happy with every aspect of dealing with Carpet Connect. Jamie is an exceptional communicator and responded to my messages quickly. He took the time to help me choose a colour and carpet type and managed to fit in the installation very quickly. The layers were great, turned up on time, did the job quickly and were polite. The room looks great, couldn't recommend them highly enough!
